Responsibilities/Requirements/Duties:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide own transportation
• Able to care for children ages birth-5th grade
• Capable of lifting, bending, and playing on the floor
• Engage with children through creative play, crafts, games, etc.
• General room set-up, clean-up, toy disinfecting, and occasional light laundry
• Other duties as assigned

Work Hours:  Part-time hours vary and include some evenings/weekends as events occur and schedule requires

We’re looking for a strong leader who is energetic, positive, and friendly, with previous worship leading and ministry management experience in a church. This role reports directly to the Worship Pastor.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor, train, and develop volunteer worship leaders
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members and volunteers for all services and special events where music is needed
• Coordinate music, leaders, service flow, and special elements for all services involving worship
• Manage and schedule musicians for worship services as necessary
• Write, sing, record, and produce musical elements as needed for services and special events
• Sing and lead worship for Sunday and Wednesday services in youth and adult services
• Recruit, train, and schedule team members and volunteers to build and run worship graphics for the youth and main stage auditoriums
• Build worship graphics on a weekly basis for youth and adult ministry
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Worship Pastor

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous management experience (3 years preferred but not required)
• Previous worship leading and ministry management experience in a church is a must (attendance over 1,000 preferred but not required)
• Software experience in Finale, Logic Pro, Pro Presenter, and Ableton “Live” software
