Student Ministry Administrative Assistant

Passion For: Operating the Student Ministry in a highly effective and efficient manner, and striving towards growth and excellence in all areas. Assisting the Student Ministry staff in helping the ministry expand.
 
Responsibilities/Requirement/Duties:
  • Administrative support for the Student Pastor & Department 
  • Manage, oversee, and execute department budget
  • Tracking and reporting of departmental revenue & expenses
  • Make departmental purchases 
  • Management & updating of Fellowship One as related to Student Ministry Department
  • Management & planning of Student Ministry events
  • Manage departmental communication & notifications to students, parents, leaders & volunteers
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Possess the skills for and be passionate about administration
  • Instinctively be planning and thinking ahead
  • Be comfortable in the management of departmental finances and accounting 
  • Thrive on multi-tasking, event planning and the execution of events

  • Have strong people skills with the ability to work with a wide range of people (kids, parents, volunteers, and staff) 
  • Be friendly, energetic and a self starter
  • Display a positive and optimistic attitude
  • Have previous ministry experience
  • Be able to recruit, train, and lead volunteers
  • Be a strong team player 
Office Hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday (9am to 5pm)
Wednesday (10:00am to 9pm) and Sunday (8:30am to 1:00pm)
                           
Position is:
