  • Leader: John Fernandez
  • To Sign Up for Notifications: Click the blue "Sign Up" button to join the group
    •  Look for a confirmation email and follow the link to fill out the required sports release form  
  • Required for Each Player: In your "Sign Up" Confirmation email, click on the enclosed link and fill out the required Sports Release Form
  • To RSVP to Play: Each month you'd like to play, email john.fernandez@thearkchurch.com to RSVP for the upcoming game
  • Format: Four-Person Scramble
  • Green fee: Ranges from about $40 to $60, depending on the course
